INSPIRE YoW aspires to aid the development of startups and new skills to enhance the activation of the TGs, in the market, allowing the creation of new jobs, the transfer and adaptation of innovative training and its subsequent transfer from partner countries to receiving ones, leveling out the country differences through customizing.INSPIRE YoW particularly responds to:

• Priority 1: Encouragement of cooperation between VET and the world of work by supporting close links to working life in order to make VET more responsive to labor market needs and more supportive of inclusive growth.
• Priority 2: Support to initial and continuous training of VET trainers.
• Priority 3: Promotion of the acquisition of key competencies in VET in particular entrepreneurship.
